How do I get started?
Milly Chat is live on the Shopify App Store — install it directly and start a 7-day free trial on any plan, no card required during the trial on a development store. We also offer white-glove custom-distribution installs for partner and agency channels; reach out via /contact for that path.
What happens when I exceed my included chats?
You're billed overage per 100 additional chats at your tier's rate, up to the usage cap you approve when you install — the widget never shuts off; the cap limits billing, not service. Charges appear on your Shopify bill, or your Stripe invoice on custom-distribution plans.
Can I run Milly on multiple storefronts?
One store per subscription. Multi-storefront merchants run one subscription per store. Enterprise custom-distro bundles multiple stores under one agreement.
How is conversion attributed?
Exposed/control cohort comparison — visitors who saw the widget vs. visitors who didn't. Cleaner signal than classic A/B for widget-attributed revenue. Available on all tiers, surfaced in the ROI dashboard.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Conversation replay is 90-day rolling on Essentials. Core adds cold export to R2 (full conversation + metadata). Enterprise retention is negotiable.
Is there a free plan?
No free plan, but every tier includes a 7-day free trial. Starter at $39/mo is the entry point; most growing stores land on Essentials ($99) or Core ($599).
